Shima Shimizu,
Managing Director of sesame kitchen, is a raw food chef and instructor who is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Art Institute of Fort Bragg, California.
She has started her carrier as a raw food chef and instructor at Rasayana Retreat in Bangkok Thailand in July, 2009.
In January, 2010, she got back to Hong Kong where she considers as “home ground”, and established sesame kitchen to introduce more people to raw food there, where “Raw” is still a new concept.
Now she is holding classes and events mainly in Hong kong. And she has helped to set up a raw food restaurant in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
Through these challenges and experiences, Shima is excited to share the joy of raw food and is sure raw food will fullfill many people’s needs and health challenges!
